I can't guarantee similar results, but they move as fast as they can, it seems. The work was 100% great and my service guy was easy to work with and speed of responses to my communication was good. I love my BMW but AutoNation sucks. When I dropped the car off, I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to finish their personal conversations to start my check in. I wish I turned around and left seeing the first evidence of lack of concern for customers. The estimate was for 8 business days and I was told they would let me know if anything changed. Having not heard anything, I called after 8 business days to find that they had not even ordered parts or started. I complained and was told they would get to it soon. No updates for weeks and I eventually got the car after 30 days.
