I had two different vehicles that needed parts. After getting a tip from a gentleman at Ace Hardware, I was pointed to Napa Auto Parts in Fort Mohave. He told me if nobody in town had what I was looking for check this place because they have it. I kid you not when I say that I checked eight different places before I went to Napa auto parts and they actually had the part that I needed in stock. I also needed a set of brake pads and rotors for my car That were extremely overpriced everywhere else I went. I called Victoria at Napa and she Quoted me a price that I couldn’t believe For premium rotors and pads so I drove down there immediately and threw the money on the counter Because she was telling the truth. I didn’t think stores like this still existed so if you ever need something, please go to Napa. I live in Bullhead city but I’ll be gladly making a drive there every single time I need anything.

The only reason these people get 1 star is because you have to leave at least one. They dont even deserve that! My battery died in the parking lot directly across from Napa. I went i. There to ask for help. Maybe see if they have a jumper box. The guy says "yeah we have them". "They are about a hundred and a half each." That's about the cost of a new battery! Then the smart ass female behind the counter says "you know you have to charge those right?" Nope lady! Im and idiot. And they usually have about 3/4 of a charge right out of the box! Fortunately it was only 100 degrees outside so I walked down to Autozone! Not only did they have a store use jumper box but they even drove over to my vehicle to help me out and get me back on the road. Especially since I live over an hour away! All in all I just want to say Thank you Napa! It only took one visit to permanently keep me from ever walking through your doors again! Great job!

Great people, Great Prices! I thought I was in a big pickle before I even called Victoria at Napa, saved my butt and wallet. I’ll be switching and coming here from now on everytime
