Thank you Pro2Tow. My driver, Kahlil was nothing but patient and professional. My car was stuck in a snow bank. I called them in the early morning, 4am. They were courteous from beginning to end. They came in a timely manner, provided instructions on what I needed to do on my end, and had me out of my frantic situation in a manner of minutes. I will definitely use them again!!

Pro2Tow is hands down the most crooked, predatory, trash company I have ever dealt with in my life. They STOLE my car at 11pm, and when I woke up for work the next morning, SURPRISE!! My car was gone. Imagine the panic of thinking your car was stolen, only to find out it was towed by a shady company that thrives on screwing people over. I called their number to explain that my leasing office told me I could park where I did, as long as I wasn’t in a reserved space. Do you know what they did? Hung up on me. Repeatedly. Didn’t want to listen, didn’t want to help…just wanted my money. They are rude, disrespectful, and operate like highway robbers with a phone line. This company is not just unprofessional, they’re heartless. They don’t care about truth, proof, or people. All they care about is wringing every last dollar out of hardworking folks. If you value your time, sanity, or money, stay FAR away from Pro2Tow. They are a nightmare on wheels, and the fact that they’re still in business is honestly a disgrace. They don’t deserve your money or your respect.

Great experience. Called for a tow at 1:15am because my daughters ford focus car would not start. The driver was quick to respond. He was there within 15 minutes. He was very friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend them!!
