Tire patch- got a nail in my tire last night and was able to set a SAME DAY appointment the next day with NTB only took them an hour to patch up! AND the manager was extremely nice and very communicative. He let me know it would take a bit longer due to the short staff on Saturday but they still moved pretty fast for only 2 mechanics working on cars ALL day! Will come back! Finally found a shop I can trust!

Great service. In a bind unexpectedly on a Sunday. Courteous Toheeb worked with me to make sure I was able to get my tire today. Friendly staff. Helpful information for future work, will be back for the other tires I need soon !

I appreciate all the assistance I've gotten since coming here versus the dealership. NTB has really reasonable prices and it doesn't feel like you're being "bullied" into getting additional work done. If they find something, they tell you first along with the price and you have "the power of your wallet". I needed 2 tires and an oil change and they found issues with my brakes and brake line needed to be flushed. With understanding the cost of both services, I was able to choose what I could afford. And now I know that once I can afford the new brakes, I just need to come back. I need service like this. (And I don't mind waiting while they work either and i greatly appreciate them taking my car although i was late).
