I rented a U-Haul van from Road Rescue Services and unfortunately had a mishap where the van slid into a ditch and needed to be pulled out. They were absolutely amazing to deal with — calm, understanding, and extremely professional during a stressful situation. They handled everything quickly, helped me out without making it a bigger issue than it needed to be, and treated me with respect the entire time. Because of how great the experience was, I won’t rent a U-Haul from anyone else. Highly recommend Road Rescue Services for anyone needing recovery or U-Haul rentals.

I called after locking my sister's dog in the car. Within 30mins he arrived quickly and was very professional. He assessed what type of car I had and was able to get me in without any damage to my door in minutes The puppy was so thankful! Family has also rented U-Haul from and was very easy to work with. Thank you!

This gentleman went above and beyond helping me get back on the road and transferring my property from one damaged trailer to another . He could have waited for hired help from U-Haul but took it upon him self to move everything for me. A true gentleman in this day!!! The trailer I drive from Michigan should never have left the property. It was wobbly and constantly was making noises. Finally something snapped and the tire began to smoke.. it was night and day difference between the two trailers . I feel I should get money back due to bad trailer and my time I lost . Thank you again to road rescue services They are a 24 hour full towing and recovery service!!!
