I’ll take responsibility where I can because I know I got a little belligerent after I realized how they were playing me. These people are liars and will do everything they can to keep your car in that lot. I call in 4:30 on a Friday to pick up my car to which they tell me that I have to come the next day. Although I was mad that I’d have to pay the extra day I say okay and come the next day between 11:30-11:45. No where on their site does it say they close at 12 on saturdays and neither did the lady I had just spoke to the day before but even tho I get there before hand, Crysta tells me that she will not be getting my car because it is in the back and they close at 12. At this point I’m getting mad because you are telling me that you simply will not take my car even tho I am here and you all are not closed. This is already what they basically did the day before when the young lady basically told me that they will not take my car out over the phone. What I was told that day was that they would not charge me for the days until the next Monday as well as the day for when they said they wouldn’t take it out the first time. Now it’s Monday and the lady apparently has no recollection of half of that and when I have a problem with this they bring out the whole team to surround me outside the gate lol yall are not intimidating anybody. They tell me that I have me to pay cash because my bank would not allow that big of a payment. They then said that I can’t just call my bank cuz they are no longer comfortable doing it through card. I’m currently on my way back expecting more BS once I get there. Terrible experience, terrible service. Update: forgot to add that crysta said out her mouth that it was one price and when I come in it is now $100 higher and some guy is trying to tell me he told me this over the phone when in reality that was my first time dealing with him and whoever I spoke to over the phone was a woman who was also rude as hell over the phone. I was called deaf because I asked them to try my card again before getting the cash lol. When I asked who gets that amount of money out the bank some guy in the back goes “I can!” When I finally get my car, they moved a single car out the way for me to get to it. Mind you, the whole reason they didn’t get my car all those days before was because it was “buried”. There’s no sense of professionalism here at all lol. If you can get your car towed elsewhere instead of here I would highly recommend it.

Should be no stars! Shady business! Paid for meters, new car, new tags and everything legitimate. Still took car without no reason! Just money hungry and taking any wrong info to get your car out. Business hours is 24hours, they claim open at 6am or 8am to get the your car.
