** Editing my review to highlight a safety concern with the oil change and the lack of professionalism. They won't respond to any emails to the customer service address they reply to reviews with. Two weeks after the oil change I returned to the shop and I explained to the manager that the oil was overfilled significantly, and due to the dark color I was concerned they never drained the oil. He was immediately defensive, saying that the directors needed to watch the video for evidence and their computer system shows how much oil is needed and that’s what they put in. I took him out to the vehicle and showed him that the oil was clearly over the max fill line. His stance was that if my engine wasn’t literally smoking that it was fine. This infuriated me. If the oil is over the top line on the dipstick, it needs to be corrected no matter if my engine has yet to literally explode. I was sent home until the footage was reviewed around noon. He called me, again very defensive and insisting they did nothing wrong. He said the oil was drained and replaced with 5.3 quarts. That sounded high for a four cylinder engine so I checked her manual and explained her engine only requires 4.2 quarts as it is FWD not AWD. Their computer system is wrong and their techs do not check the oil level after changing it. This is unacceptable. I took the car in immediately to get this corrected and to show the evidence that it only needs 4.2 quarts and he finally admitted their mistake. They removed some oil and handed me my keys without showing me the oil level. I’m on crutches so it’s hard to get around so I had to pop the hood and check it myself and I found it was still overfilled. The manager sees me checking it myself and comes out furious at me for having the audacity to check their work. I demanded it to be corrected yet again, wasting even more of my time. When it was finally corrected, all they could offer me was a lousy $20 credit for a future service for all of my wasted time on a day I should have been working. Not even a discount on the original oil change that risked the safety of my wife and child and the health of my wife’s vehicle. I am so frustrated with how I was treated by this business. We will never return. Previous Review shortened: My wife went in to get an oil change that comes with their multipoint inspection and what is supposed to be a fluid top up. Instead she got this ridiculous list of recommendations. $60 for a cabin air filter replacement is a joke, it takes two seconds to do. It also wasn’t dirty and I’ve done it more than twice on her car already at just 78k miles, so I hope everyone knows they never look and just tell you it’s dirty to tack on the fee. We’ve never done a brake fluid exchange and her owner’s manual recommends every 5 years. I didn’t want to shop around so we agreed to it for $160 as her car is a little over 6 years old. Her owner’s manual does not mention anything about transmission fluid exchanges, so the notes are a lie. Is it a best practice to do a drain and fill somewhat regularly? Probably. But don’t say that it’s required every 45k miles and then try to charge $300 for it. Fuel induction service for $185 is a joke. Total scam. They noted the coolant was low so I was worried there may be a leak so we agreed to the $85 pressure test. Everything was fine. Did they top off her fluid like they say they do with oil changes? Nope. They wanted $170 for a coolant exchange. So I had to go buy coolant and do that too. Another scam. They said her battery failed their test and they wanted over $400 for a replacement. It’s an old battery and it’s been so cold so I figured we better be safe. We bought one at Costco for $179 and will have Walmart install it for $15. Spark plugs next. $157 for 4 of them when that brand is $48 for 4. Guess I need to learn how to change spark plugs now (I replaced them). I understand charging for labor which is a separate line item but a 3x up charge on the parts is insulting. This business will take advantage of you. Go somewhere else.

I really don't see what all the one-star reviews have been for... This place charges a reasonable price for an oil change. they get it done in the time frame they tell you. All of the recommendations that I was given are standard in the industry. You can see directly into the shop which really shows they are actually performing the services unlike a lot of automotive repair places who charge you for them and then actually don't flush correctly or at all. Matt the service manager was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. Martin, who helped me was very nice. I would trust these guys to do any services on my car. I usually take my diagnostic work to a dealership since most of the manufacturers are making their codes proprietary knowledge... I would definitely have my vehicle serviced at this location again if I'm in town. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family that live locally.

Not to be trusted with state safety inspection. Before I drove the car to the shop for a state safety inspection, I confirmed all of the light bulbs were working properly. After I checked in and signed the required papers, I was told it would take about 2 hours or more before they got to it. I said, I will be waiting for it. While doing so, there were 2 incidents in which the inspector identified issues with cars, and their owners questioned them. After 3 hours, the concierge came to tell me that my car failed inspection due to a rear right bulb being out. I explained that it is impossible, but insisted they didn't do it. I agreed to let them replace it; it will cost an additional $50. I accepted it and told them I would never come back to this shop. The manager said he could call the state police if I wanted to review the security camera footage. Now, after waiting 3-4 hours, who would want to wait another hour for the police to respond to a non-emergency situation? Instead of paying $20 plus tax for a state inspection, I ended up paying $75.
