I have been a loyal customer for approximately 40 years. In Pickaway county, Ross county, Hocking county, and back in Ross county. If it ain't broke, don't fix! Has my pick up been missed? Of course! Not many times though! If I have a lot of trash, which I usually don't, I call Customer Service, and it's picked up the next day, if not the same day. I don't normally have a lot of trash so if it's missed I just put it back for the following week. Thank you for the years of dedicated service, and, thank the workers for their many years of hard work. After all, they are the face of the company, but get paid a fraction of what the company makes. The people at Rumpke are always reliable and helpful. The pickup is very consistent, most of the time it's gone up before 6am on pickup day. the office staff is there and ready to help. When I had a billing issue the staff was immediately able to help resolve it.

Customer service has always been quick to respond to issues, or requests. The driver who usually runs my route is exceptional and goes above and beyond to make sure the area is clean before leaving. Seen him cleaning my driveway from our security cameras. They all receive 5 stars!? ? ? ? ?
