We were 2 1/2 hours away from home when the starter went out in our Honda Pilot. AAA only allowed us 100 miles for a tow, and we were prepared to spend the additional $400 on a tow back to grants pass, but with six of us it complicated the matter as we all couldn't all ride in the wrecker, which meant some of us had to stay behind over the weekend. A pastor friend called Tim, who went out of his way to accept our vehicle on a Saturday (not a business day). Our pastor friend then introduced us to a family that lent us their van to get home that same Saturday, and Tim had our starter replaced by Tuesday. So grateful that Tim cared enough to go out of his way to help us in a difficult situation, and also grateful to spend $400 on a repair rather then a wrecker fee. Highly recommend Bandon Beach Auto. Tim is a one man show, but he's "The man!"

We were in the middle of a road trip and needed some work during our stay in Bandon. Jim was very accommodating , friendly, and got my van back in shape for the rest of our trip. Our trip to the mechanic will be remembered as a positive memory during our stay. Definitely recommend, thanks Jim!

Jim is honest and efficient. We had a serious issue with our vehicle. Called him; brought it in; went for a walk and when we were back he was finishing up. We were expecting to pay for emergency service fees and blow our vacay budget on the repairs. Thought we would have extend our stay. He was so generous, honest and fast. We got great service; met a nice man; and didn't pay outrageous fees. He made a serious concern into a minor delay. I am forever grateful.
