Whenever my family needs vehicle repairs or routine maintenance, I always contact Rowe’s Garage (RGI). Each time, Becky or Bobby Jo greets me professionally and schedules my appointment efficiently. When repairs are necessary, I get clear verbal and written explanations of what’s involved and why. Sometimes, I even see photos of the issue. I’m informed of the estimated cost beforehand, and my final bill stays within that estimate. All repairs are completed quickly and efficiently. RGI has always been transparent, and they haven't tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. It's a huge relief to find a mechanic you can trust. I highly recommend Rowe's Garage (RGI) for their excellent customer service and top-quality work, and I will definitely be a returning customer!

I brought my Lexus here as it was the nearest shop that is pairs with Maxcare. Good communication, was done quickly with genuine Lexus parts, coordinated with the extended warranty people, consider me a happy customer. No idea how the price compares to other shops, extended warranty covered about 90% of the bill. Probably won't see you all again, warranty expired shortly after I got the car back and you're 40+ miles away. Thanks for the highbeam fix though, so many deer on the roads this time of year..

My grandmother Sharon Merchant payed this garage to fix the power steering leak in her honda pilot, they charged her 1100 dollars a week later it was leaking again. She brought the car to another garage and they said that rowes put on cheap clips that wouldn’t hold on the hose and that they ripped us off charging us way too much. $1100 dollars is a lot of money to waste for poor service.
