Had to leave 1 star but don't deserve to have that. Broke down on interstate when calling insurance company they pulled a service over an hour away. When talking with towing company we were informed that our insurance policy would cover the towing. Then asked multiple times to verify it.and their answer was yes you are covered. Then found out that we would have to pay extra 132.$$ we were told that the insurance company sent them that amount. The owner of the company said that if we didn't have the money then he would call his driver and have them turn around and leave us sitting in the side of the interstate. He then said it was not his fault that the insurance company sent him that amount for me to take it up with our insurance company. Feel if you tell a person one thing then you should stick it it. The driver though was very helpful and nice unlike the owner who we talked to on the phone.

Toby was a really nice guy. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and the towed for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!
