Everyone here, from the front desk to management, was rude and dismissive. This shop failed to properly repair my vehicle after a state inspection when we moved to Maryland. They replaced the front control arms and tires but did not perform an alignment afterward. Both Nissan and the part manufacturer state an alignment is required after control arm replacement. As a result, my brand new tires began balding almost immediately and the vehicle felt unsafe to drive, pulling hard and sliding as if on ice. When I returned, they wanted to charge a diagnostic fee just to look at a problem caused by their own work. A second shop confirmed the alignment was severely off and stated the vehicle was not safe to drive. I am faced additional repair and tire replacement costs due to their failure to follow basic repair procedures. I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy.

What a great auto service place. I recently moved back to MD after living in WV forc15 years. I needed my car and trailer inspected. They got me in at the time I needed. Very friendly. Had to have bulb replaced on my trailer which they gladly did. Waiting area was pleasant too. I will be back.
