Hans was great to work with!! What is normally a painful process, Hans made smooth and easy. Extremely helpful! From the beginning Hans provided a lot of information that helped with the decision process to include an in depth YouTube video going through the vehicle in fine detail. We purchased the 4Runner after a test drive. Hans guided us through the whole process which went smoothly. We are very happy with our purchase and the service we received. I saw an ad online and asked if the item was available and the person told me yes. I then called in and asked over the phone to see if the item was available and the person on the phone told me yes. I later drove over 2 hours to go purchase the item and the person advised they didn’t have it. They had different vehicle parts but not the one I had inquired about. I spent 5 hours in the road because someone didn’t look around for 5 minutes.

Tried calling their main phone number - transferred to voicemail box that is full. Also, tried to schedule a test drive last week and the car was apparently not on the lot, yet it's advertised online. C'mon guys, sort out your business!
