We have been to Great Oak Landing Safe Harbor by water and docked at the transit slip several times. This year was exceptional. The landscaping was well maintained and stunning. The new management and staff are exceptional. The Dockmasters, Slater and Leanne and team, are competent and professional. The Office staff, Crystal, Carole, and Lori are professional and courteous. The pool and tiki bar are wonderful assets. The new restaurant is inviting, contemporary, and coastal inspired. The food was scratch made and presented very well. The indoor bar was well staffed and had a great cocktail selection. The outdoor seating at the restaurant is well maintained, and the view is spectacular. Our servers, Rachel and Samir, were accommodating and attentive. The GM was present and the Chef served healthy options and fresh food. JelLEEfish Joel’s beach area was absolutely beautiful and fun. New beach furniture everywhere, including adult swings and child size! Playground area, tiki bars, band stand, and food stands. Great service and atmosphere. Overall, we give Safe Harbor GOL a 5 star rating!

Great Oak is a wonderful place to dock your boat and a great resort ,but there are safety issues with the bar stools in the restaurant and rocks and stones on the pavement from the restaurant that created a fall this weekend. It needs to be paved. There are too many people getting in and out of cars and walking from the beach. Hopefully this will be taken care of since we love Great Oak.

I grew up in this marina so it is near and dear to my heart. The rooms are overpriced for not having any amenities. The front desk staff was rude and seemed put-out when we asked questions. I was surprised to see you cannot access the restaurant from the lobby any more. Jellyfish Joel's was a crazy free-for-all. What once was a beautiful hidden gem is no longer.
