Not one complaint do I have due to the fact it was my fault for the repossession. Crooks my butt I had 12,000 worth of tools in trunk and back seat. I also had money wallet and bank cards in center of Console. Car is still there stuff is out but had grabbed stuff 1 1/2 weeks later. Yes they have to open driver door or passenger side door to gain access to hood button. They have to disconnect battery for there safety also alarm system. A lot of people on here bad mouthing people doing there jobs.

They repossessed my car not even a month ago. Car got sent to the auction. Auction told me to retrieve my personal property from ETC. I called 3 times. The first two times the young lady who is supposed to be the manager told me they were going to retrieve my property and give me a call back in 5 minutes. Never called back. I gave it to almost closing to call back figuring they should have it. When i called she put me on hold for 10 minutes come back to tell me that they retrieved my property to tell me they just had tags. I asked about my personal property that was in there they said that's all they had.. and it would still be in my car. I retrieved my car from the auction, which came in there clean. They showed me pictures. Good thing i took pictures of the stuff that was in my car before leaving to retrieve my work keys. I couldn't take everything because i had to be to work. Called the company that hired the tow truck company. They said they talked to the owner and he was going to look at the cameras. This was friday 8/8… called Monday and Tuesday and still no update.. not even a call to let me know anything!!! So unprofessional!! I had a lot of valuable items. I don’t see how they gave me my tags, but not my personal property … NOT ADDING UP!! And for nobody to not reach out is unacceptable!!

Nothing was missing from trailer. People give them a hard time not understanding they caused this to themselves and blame the yard who is hired by their finance companies. You do need to pay $75 in cash for your property. Not sure on the legal standpoint of this but since my property was handled with care and the value far exceeded the 75, I'm not arguing it.
