I paid my bill but still my cans were picked up ! My service was interrupted because I was late making a payment, I made my payment yesterday and my cans picked up today! I called and was advised it would take 7-10 business days to return my cans and 24-72 hrs for them to collect the trash they left behind. They said it wasn’t a guarantee they would even come back out before my next trash day. Then they inform me I must pay a $20 re delivery fee. They said I should have called after paying but at NO POINT WAS I ADVISED TO DO THAT in the process of paying my bill. If there were other providers in my area I’d switch. Customer service from the one who answered the phone to the supervisor I spoke with was much less than helpful in anyway!!!

Been today was a trash day and the worst trash service I’ve ever had some weeks they pick it up the next couple of weeks you have to call and tell them that they haven’t got your trash and they missed three of us And I miss three of us so I guess I have to call tomorrow and tell him I need my trash picked up

Extremely reckless driver. Taking blind corners at dangerously high speeds on narrow roads and forced us off the road into a ditch. Completely unsafe and irresponsible driving behavior.
