DO NOT COME HERE!!! I went to Matt’s Tire Shop on February 18 and paid $80 for a used tire. Less than 10 days later, a large sidewall bulge appeared right next to the rim (see photo). This is a serious safety issue that can lead to a blowout. I did not hit any potholes, and none of my other tires have damage. Sidewall bubbles can take time to appear and are often caused by pre-existing internal damage, especially in used tires. When I contacted the shop, I was immediately blamed and told there was nothing they could do — no replacement, no discount, no help at all — even though the tire failed in under two weeks. I understand used tires may not have warranties, but selling a tire that develops a dangerous defect almost immediately and refusing to help is unacceptable. Safety should matter. I would not recommend this shop if you care about safe tires or customer service.

What a life saving business! I hit a pothole at midnight leaving from a bartending shift. It immediately started leaving the tire, within minutes the tire was flat. I was able to get to a gas station, fill the tire with air. A good friend told me about Matt's Tire and Auto and said it was 24 hours. We called, they answered and made the commute to them. The gentleman man that helped me got right to work, removing the tire. I was prepared to buy a new tire, its after midnight and what else could i do? We could see that the rim was bent and thankfully, He was able to fix the rim and inspect the tire which was fine. He reinstalled the tire, and 20 bucks later I was on my way. I can't tell you what a great service this is...everyone should know about it.

was charged twice for a single tire and then subjected to aggressive and intimidating behavior that left me shaken and afraid. Both charges went through on my card. I verified this directly with my bank while still on site, and I showed the staff the bank confirmation. Despite this, they refused to acknowledge the evidence and insisted I was wrong, telling me not to believe what my bank and my account were clearly showing. When I tried to explain the issue calmly, the situation escalated. The owner — a much larger man — began yelling at me in a small, enclosed room with another man present. He blocked the door, preventing me from leaving, and repeatedly raised his voice at me. I am a woman, alone, and this was extremely frightening. I was told I could not leave unless I paid again. Out of fear, I paid a second time simply so I could get out safely and reach my car. The area was isolated and already felt unsafe. I began crying once I got back to my vehicle. After forcing the second payment, the owner said he would “make it right,” but given how the situation was handled, I have no confidence that will happen. I now have two pending charges for one tire, which my bank has confirmed were processed successfully. This was clearly an issue with their payment system — not my card and not my bank. I have never been treated this way by a business. Being yelled at, misrepresented, gaslit, and physically prevented from leaving is unacceptable and deeply distressing. I will be disputing the duplicate charge through my bank and pursuing this matter independently. I do not recommend this business under any circumstances.
