Totally satisfied with the cleaning service D&K provided yesterday!! I’m in the process of moving and needed one less thing to have to worry about! This is my third time booking a service with this company, junk removal from a previous move then I referred my them to my friend then for my recent move! Set up a junk removal job with this company and got a call asking who they needed to talk to once on site, gave the information and we got off the phone. After that conversation, she completely ghosted me and wouldn't even let me know they are or aren't doing the job. Will not be using them for any future projects. This is after I received a quote, got the quote approved by our customer, and got information regarding how I will pay. Unacceptable to run your business this way. Update from their response: They said that I didn't know the manager, but I told the manager they were coming and they needed to just go let them know they were there to do the junk removal requested. I have plenty of awesome and raving reviews for junk removal companies and know exactly how to deal with a vendor so adding a screenshot for reference.
