My brother is in the hospital from being in a coma. Trying to help my sister-in-law out with his affairs I was given the duty of moving my brother's semi. My brother has used this towing in the past and said their prices were decent so it was recommended that I use them. I called and left a message. About a week past with no return call. I called today left another message in the morning. Called this afternoon the person that answered the phone asked me "what do you want!??" then he said " Quick!Quick! Hang up the phone Quick!Quick! Hang up the phone hurry!" then he hung up on me. I've never been treated this way by a business. There is no excuse for being so mean and rude I fwill tell everyone I know of this experience.
