Had my truck towed to the dealership. It was being towed backwards. The tonneau cover on the back of my truck came up and broke my antenna and dented my roof while it was being towed. When I went to pick it up from the dealer the service department stated that the cover was flapping all over the place when the tow driver delivered my truck. The tow driver even called me and said that it was delivered safe and sound. This was not the case, when I discovered the broken antenna and dents, I called the tow driver who admitted the tonneau cover flew up while he was towing the truck. Obviously, the driver had to be going pretty fast for the cover to fly up. When the owner was contacted, he reviewed the video from the tow and stated he saw of the cover breaking the antenna, he asked for pictures which were sent and not a single word or response on fixing the damage.
