I am so pleased I found these great auto care technicians! Pleasant all the way through to the end. From discussing options, caring about me and my car. Going the extra mile to make sure the service was right! They even have loaners if needed, but I like to sit in their lounge and visit with them. That is how much I love this place! Too bad my car does not need more service. I have recommended may folks to them and they are fans now too!

I work at a large local car dealership and the majority of our cars get serviced by Northeast. Their work is top notch and we are ALWAYS satisfied. They go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. They are great company! The WHOLE crew is awesome... From the owner, to the mechanics, to the guys who handle the phones! Everybody is always smiling, friendly and quick to assist you. There is just a generally good atmosphere over there. Not to mention it is the cleanest mechanic shop I've ever seen in my life! You could actually eat off the floors there lol.
