Make sure you call ahead and then even so, you may not get the help you need. I called on a Sunday night around 530. Guy said he can replace my wheel stud the next day when he opens at 8:30. I was there at 8:34 and there was no one there. I called the number twice that I called the night before and got no answer and couldn't leave a voicemail. It's been over a week and still I never got a call back. Had to find another last minute place that could fix my issue. Luckily the people Leo Tire Sales just down the road were able to help. Maybe other people have had better luck with this company but I didn't. I like to try to give people the benefit of the doubt but not a great look since I never got a call even after letting him know I would be coming.

Definitely not 24 hours. Pulled in at 630 this morning and nobody answered the phone or was around. Specifically drove here because they state they are open 24 hours.

Needed to leave for work in the evening around 8:30PM and I had a completely flat tire. Called AAA and Fix Flats RI to confirm they’d be able to help me out because a lot of places say they’re 24 hours but actually aren’t. The guy who picked up the phone and ultimately helped me was super friendly and quick, met me at the shop where my car was dropped off and fixed the flat immediately. No issues. Was exactly the price he said on the phone— albeit a bit more expensive (which he said it would be) than it normally would be because it was late at night at in the moment.
