Excellent customer service and good equipment. Arrived in a timely manner. Driver was friendly and professional. He kindly dropped us at a hotel we had booked several miles from the mechanic after dropping off our truck. This is a father/son business that is less than a year old. We had enough time in the tow truck with Jamie (son - Hope I’m getting his name right!) to learn quite a bit about the towing business and the company’s philosophy. We were really impressed with this young man’s enthusiasm, sincerity and work ethic. He and his dad have a business plan for growth based on fair pricing, investing back into the business, taking all the work they can manage and maintaining good relationships in the community. Regarding their rate, I don’t know how competent are. We went through Good Sam Roadside Assistance so we weren’t charged directly.

Cody to my rescue. Thank you so much my radiator blow and I was stranded on the side of the road. I was dreading a tow home because my experience in the past was a long wait but Cody was on site within 15 minutes. I was very happy to be back on my way home with his help. Thank you very much wonderful service very fast very clean truck.

Affordable and quick! We waited an hour for a tow, before canceling and calling Minnesota towing and recovery. Not only did they quote us a significantly cheaper price, he also got to us in 20 minutes. Would highly recommend if you’re in a pinch!
