The shop did an excellent job repairing my vehicle after a t-bone collision, I genuinely appreciate the quality of the work. However, when I picked up my car, it had about half a tank less gas than when I brought it in. When I brought this up, the response felt dismissive, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was offered $20 out of someone’s wallet. I wasn’t looking for cash, just for my vehicle’s fuel level to be returned in the same condition it arrived. The repair itself was good, but the customer service regarding this concern was disappointing.

After I paid my bill, I had to wait for Pittsburgh Police to escort me out of the building. The older gentleman told dispatch was upset that he didn't receive the "same service" as he apparently receives from the County Deputies he requested to come out and "straighten me out." First it was $1100 in storage fees, not including the recovery that was an additional $1300. Then I needed to sign the title over. He has three trucks? Two worth 150k apparently and a 250k one? Or so he told me. I can only imagine what the county has done to other customers of his. I do have a preference now, its not this company....
