Took my truck in because the window switch wasn't working. A mechanic came out and told me it was an easy fix and even showed me how to fix it. Super nice

I went in yesterday at about 2 PM because my truck was having charging issues. They diagnosed that the alternator was bad and needed to be replaced. They called at 4:40 PM letting me know the repairs were complete. Amazing quick service!

I brought a 96 F350 diesel in on February of 2024 to get injectors, turbo, and clutch installed. December of 2024, the vehicle still wasn't finished. There was no communication from anybody. When I finally got fed up and decided to take it to another shop, they claimed that there were 20 hours of work done to it. While looking it over the injectors were installed but nothing else was so they decided that they'd cut me a "deal" by charging me 10 hours of labor. There was no possible way that 10 hours of labor was even done to the vehicle. Complete lack of communication and integrity
