On August 5th I had a roll over leaving ButteMT after gassing up . I had emptied a storage unit in hood river OR about a week earlier and was heading home to Minnesota towing a trailer of household goods. GTR was the towing company that came to the scene. As I looked down the freeway entrance ramp up walks this itty bitty girl named Gemessa (just 20 years old)I was excited to see this 20 year old young woman working for a towing company, and I did ask if her daddy owned it, she told me she got the job on her own and proper training from the owner sending her to all the classes she would need. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to see young women, confident that they are capable of the job and then get the job done. I will say she is a BAB!!! I also want to give a shout out to the young man with a priceless smile and a heart of gold who also helped me with the fiasco of unloading everything from my packed to the roof car and trailer on more than occasion over a few days, until I was finally back on the road to Minnesota without my vehicle or utility trailer. They drove me to a local hotel as well. This has been the best experience I’ve ever had when wrecking a vehicle so far from home. ( and I’ve done it countless time. Keep up the good work!!!

My Ford Edge was shimmying on the front end. I had been having some issues with this that another shop couldn't figure out. The guys at GTR looked the whole rig over. They figured out the issue quickly. They noticed a past repair had not been finished correctly (from another shop) and fixed that too. All this work was done in 1 day. A dealership would have taken 3 days minimum. The owner is fair and honest. Something refreshing in the auto industry! Highly recommend.

This company charged over 1500 dollars for a light duty recovery after speaking to Red Wrecker and I-90 I had i-90 come pick my car up from there lot as i was speaking the the gentleman he stated they did not need any special equipment or anything and that the cost of the tow through them would have been just over half of what GTR had cost, they also damaged our car and ripped our front bumper off. Upon reviewing the invoice of the bill they charged us for 3x recoveries when they only performed one. Call around to the other wreckers you will get a better deal then through GTR.* Editing to reply, firstly i90 who came to tow our car away from your property stated and loaded it up with no special equipment, and my name is on that credit card as well so I am paying for this thing. It was close enough to 1500. Your company takes advantage of Montana law and rips people off.
