Midas on East New Circle road has very poor management, that guy Joe, behind the desk, had an excuse for everything, whether it made sense or not, I waited 30 minutes alone while he sat at his desk playing games on his personal device, and eating non stop. At the very least there is a missed coaching opportunity, he lacked Customer Service skills, communication, transparency, hospitality. When I asked about progress as far as diagnosis, he was still eating and chewing peanuts in my face while speaking. The mechanics stayed busy, seemingly productive and friendly. However, due to my experience with said manager, I will never take my car there again or recommend this place, and also hope no one else does, the fact that they allow such behavior screams volumes as to the business as whole. By the time he did get to me I had brake vibration concerns and he came back to tell me he was some inspector in another state and had the position to pull my car off the road he said also never addressed my brakes he said they was fine but I know it's not common for my whole car to shake and was very adamant to sell me new shocks and tires my tires were 6 months old went to tire discounters and they said if I would of went any longer I would of had safety problems the manager is very unprofessional and he should not be running a shop that handles people's life's every day, unacceptable.

Took my car in for an oil change; missing engine cover, screws, bolts, and my oil wasn't changed. When i called asking for my parts that guy stated before I finished speaking "that he fired everyone"... It is simple to me i took my car in for a basic oil change and they don't change it and I am missing parts. they were the only ones under my hood.

I had 3000 worth of work done to my car brakes, rotors and everything else you can think of that has to do with the way the car rides! And I also had a gas leak and they patched it up I’ve had to go bk two times bc my car keeps leaking gas and my brakes are rubbing so I call Jeff the third time and he apologized and told me he is going to replace my gas tank for no cost and was extra nice I appreciate the way he treated me and took responsibility and is fixing the problems!! Thank you for fixing the problem and not just putting a band aid on it ?
