Plums has really taken a huge slide in the dive stage. Went for just a hot dog, chili and self serve salad. The seating area was gross look like nit hadn't been cleaned since morning Order a salad, self serve with two to pick from, chili with cheese, onions and sour cream. More onions than cheese and sour cream is just a pre-made pack. 20 minutes and only two orders ahead They sat under the warmer for 3 to 5 minutes and yet had 3 ppl behind the counter and hubby had to ask for our order getting colder. Sad use to love going for a quick, Warm snack

This is my personal opinion review. The sit down restaurant was a 10/10 food was amazing so was service The casino. It was tightttt. We couldnt hit anything. Went threw a lot of money. Gambling is gambling. Our room. Our bed was so indented from everyone that sleeps in it ,that when you tried to roll to the other side you had a huge hump. The grab an go restaurant. NO. I had fish chips and not even a hour later i was throwing up everywhere that we left at midnight to get home ( 3 hours away) so i wasnt stuck there for another night an having to pay. The manager of the grab an go food area had to help us when we were paying because the pay machine you put your card in froze. She was straight faced. Didnt say a word back to us when we apologized (as a joke) that we broke it. No context or anything from her. We sat there for 10 minutes while it rebooted in silence. As we were leaving i handed the keys in to the guy down stairs at midnight (check out) he was rudeeee. Straight face. No sympathy. No help. No greeting nothing. I work in customer service this is not how you treat guests at all. Our location was Grand Casino Mille Lacs.

Due to poor driving conditions I unexpectedly had to get a room at grand casino mille lacs. Luckily for me there was a room available and I qualified for a complimentary room for the night, with only a $25 incidental fee which was returned to my account the following day. The rooms here were recently remodeled very nicely. Very clean, modern and comfortable. I do wish they offered smoking rooms, but I understand why they don't. I also wish they had chalets, like Hinkley does. Maybe someday. Now, I have to give a big THANK YOU to an exceptional employee who went out of their way to let me know that I had lost my phone (before I even realized I lost it). Thank you Garrett!!!! You rushed up to me to tell me that my phone was safe at the security station. You saved me from a lot of stress and I am grateful. I also got to meet your lovely wife Shannon, who also works here. The two of you were definitely the bright spot of my stay. Thank you!
