I trust these guys with both my cars and most recently was no exception. My Odyssey tailgate had shorted out and needed fixed. They were very transparent, open and honest about everything every step of the way. Honda dealership would have cost me thousands more as their diagnostic was having me replace part after part after part - from the switch to the latch assembly (which wasn’t the issue). Melvin’s diagnosed the problem immediately as being the control module. Everything is working properly now and they have saved me tons of money. Great mechanics are hard to come by, and it’s comforting to know I found mine in Melvin’s! Thank you guys!!!

Jose at Melvin's works the desk but is a trained mechanic. Diagnosis is done quickly, followed by quality parts and installation. Even worked on my Vette that many will not do. Most important he does not try to sell you things you do not need. Finally, pricing is reasonable.

Been in Dover for almost 7yrs, I’ve been to a few different shop with a few disappointments weather it be service not being right or money jst being crazy amounts. Than I gave Melvin’s a try. Most people don’t care about this but it’s key for me. Honesty….. they are upfront with you from the gate. There pricing is fair on both you and them. There work is great. I have an old truck (86) and there was an annoying as all get out n they didn’t stop till they found it. If you’re looking for a respectful shop this is the place.
