Richard arranged for transportation for me to pick my car up, he communicated with me regarding the repair, and was very reassuring so that I wouldn't worry during the repair process. He ensured that any accident-related mechanical issues were fully repaired and performed the proper follow-up to resolve a noise that I heard while driving. The auto body work was also amazing!
