I rented a vehicle with pickup at Chicago O’Hare and return in Iowa City. The process was smooth and I returned the car on time and in good condition. The surprise came with the vehicle itself. The odometer showed more than 500,000 miles, the transmission struggled to engage, and the dashboard warned that the engine oil needed service. It left me wondering how a car in that condition made it into the rental line at all. Enterprise is known for reliability, which makes this experience feel more like a curious exception that probably deserves a closer look in their inspection process.

Levi L., Aubrey, Joslyn and the rest of the crew were professional, courteous, decent, and very hospitable during my rental car experience involving a claim situation. They made the process as less hectic as possible--reservation, pickup, and dropoff. After returning the car, I asked for a ride to a certain destination. They graciously accepted. It was good experience overall.

The Assistant Manager and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. A work trip turned into something special and rewarding just by setting foot in the Iowa City location. This team was understanding, patient, and ensured that I had all of the knowledge needed to use my rental with no issues. They were not “pushy” with the add-ons they offer, they explained the features of the vehicle and the benefits offered by the add-ons extremely well. I walked in thinking that this would be “just a rental” but this team built rapport with me and made this experience pretty amazing.
