Took my car in for a simple oil change and to check my right rear tire back in July. Customer service was friendly and professional. Found out that I needed four new tires and alignment done. Was not able to afford it at the time and Cook's Tire tried to help me figure out alternative means of payment. Was able to get two new tires and oil changed that day and waited to get the other two tires replaced and the alignment done later. They explained to me that my Toyota needed special bolts to correctly do the alignment. Instead of trying to take advantage of me and double charge me for the alignment, they gave me the assurance that my car will be good and to come back once they can get the bolts needed. It is refreshing to find honest friendly mechanics that truly look out for their customers.

I had taken wheels and new tires to get the new tires installed and balanced. They did a great job driving my manual car to the back, unloading the wheels and new tires without causing damage to the car, and did the installation and balance on the wheels in about 45 minutes. They put the new wheels on my car, which was great for me, as I was prepared to take them home and put them on my car myself. The staff is polite, caring, and very helpful. They have a new customer for sure!

Absolutely awesome. I went there with a lawn tractor tire, figuring I would have to leave it. The young man had it fixed in approx. 15 min. The lady at the counter was extremely helpful.
