I am extremely satisfied with my experience with First State Collision. Pierce , the Estimator was Professional and Knowledgeable with all sorts of High Tech Software that communicated directly with my Insurance Carrier. I was given a date when the work was to be started and when it would be completed. Confession, prior to entering the Office I took a peek in to the shop through a small window and was impressed with how neat and clean it was , The work was completed a day earlier than estimated. Now this was not a 123 and finished. A huge truck and I side swiped each other requiring new doors quarter fender etc. yet when the work was completed you would never know it was hit, alignment, paint etc like new. I highly recommend Pierce and First State Collision.

Spoke with the manager of the collision center and they won’t repair a 2014 Honda Accord with a damaged front bumper. Then he told me that it’s to old and you would be lucky if you find anyone who will touch a car that old because the paint will look different. This blows my mind that a collision center won’t repair a 2014 Honda Accord. The customer service needs to improve, I’m very disappointed with the respect received from someone in a position of leadership. I recommend if you want respect deal with a different collision center.

Got my car back, when I dropped it off I had a full tank of gas when I picked it up 1/4 tank gone. Had body work done to the rear bumper but on my drivers side I can’t put the passenger window down and the passenger cant use the auto button to put the window down. When I got in my car there was a blue umbrella, I don’t own a blue umbrella and I always make sure my car is clean before I drop it off anywhere for situations like this. Now im driving my car and my front end doesn’t feel right at all when I turn right something is grinding in my right passenger side tire. Someone from this facility drove my car around and drove it hard. Im going back up there I already called and Pierce acted dumbfounded when I said someone was driving my car. He stated they only take it for test drives then why am I missing gas and my front end isn’t driving right.
