I took my car to Spangz Auto in Milford for a paint job, and the experience was awful. The work done was subpar, and I had to argue with the owner to get it redone. Throughout the process, there were zero updates unless I reached out first. They had my car for over three weeks without any communication amongst themselves. We were given one price initially, but they asked for a different amount later. One of the panels that was agreed upon wasn’t even painted. They ruined the carpets on the inside of my car. While the owner’s wife was helpful, the owner himself was extremely rude and disrespectful. His dismissive comment, “My eyes must not be working,” was infuriating, especially when the issues with the car were clearly visible. Louis, the IT guy, was the only helpful person throughout this process, but other than him, I would not recommend bringing your car here for bodywork or paint jobs. They do not care about the quality of work they put out. Avoid Spangz Auto at all costs.
