My first time knowing these people exist and These fools took my vehicle in the night as if i wasn't the one who authorized the tow in the first place lol. The tow driver was supposed to call me so that i could provide the 2 keys and title to go with the vehicle. I've been waiting for the loan people to assign a tow company for over a month. The car was NEVER hiding so to just take it without calling me for the keys was unnecessary at best lol. Nobody's going to hurt you or make your job harder. The car has been sitting for a month while I’m paying for full coverage insurance and paying for the same reserved parking spot they snatched the car from. Now y'all have a push to start vehicle to sell with no keys (that I’m not taking responsibility for). After reading these reviews I’m fortunate that I took all my valuables out. I will be calling to get my tags as well .

Their demeanor throughout the entire conversation was characterized by an unmistakable mood and attitude that clearly suggested they intensely disliked their job and actively resisted assisting me. The specific issues included: • Disrespectful Tone: The representative used a condescending and consistently dismissive tone, failing to treat me with the basic courtesy expected of a customer service professional. • Lack of Engagement and Obstruction: There was a clear indication that the representative was not interested in resolving my issue, actively hindering the process rather than helping. • Unreasonable Time Constraints: The most egregious issue was being told to wait an additional hour for more information—a situation the representative likened to a game ("like it's Jeopardy"). This instruction was given despite the fact that your office/location was closing in just two hours and I face a one-hour drive to reach it. This demonstrates a complete lack of concern for my time and convenience. • Poor Attitude: The overall feeling of the interaction was one of hostility and indifference, making the entire experience unpleasant and incredibly frustrating, especially given the "all day" timeframe I was dealing with. This level of service is a direct reflection of your company and has significantly damaged my perception of your brand. I have a full recording of the entire conversation available and would like to formally submit it as definitive evidence of this misconduct and the representative's refusal to provide adequate service. I insist that this serious matter be investigated immediately. I am not surprised by the 1.8 rating. My husband died and before I could even handle his affairs they repossessed his car and then threw all of his possessions away. They took the car while I was having a funeral for him. Apparently after 30 days they throw everything away. I didn't even have time to settle his affairs. This company is cruel and inhumane.
