I'll never use Carvana again after this experience! Miguel, Chris, and everyone I met at the dealership made it incredibly easy for me to get the SUV that I've wanted for a long time. Went in for a service appointment with a 2019 Jetta that I was financing. They asked if they could look at it and make me an offer, and I agreed. I told them that I loved the Tiguan and would love to test drive it, not at all expecting to buy it. Ten minutes later, after a (brand name) snack in their new showroom, and on a freezing and snowy day, they had a Tiguan warmed up and ready for me to drive right outside the door. Walked back in after the drive and told Miguel that I loved it. Another ten minutes later, they gave me the lease pricing with a good price on the Jetta. They agreed to pay off my loan and I walked out of there with a brand new Tiguan SE with heated leatherette seats and a panoramic sunroof, not to mention electric driver seat controls with a 4-way lumbar support. So smooth to drive and a very smooth experience. No one should ever use Carvana again - go see Miguel at VW/Audi/BMW for a great experience. I'd send friends and family there, and will be leasing all the rest of my cars from them in the future, hands down.

I would like to give the whole staff at berkshire bmw and audi Volkswagen for the help and professionalism in finding, and getting me into a new car. Miguel the salesman who was relentless in working with me was great. Ethan and Travis in the maintenance were awesome in putting me in loaner till the paperwork came thru and joey dropped my car off to me at work so I could go on a ride right after thank you to all in the finance department for getting the best deal. I had the best experience possible. 5 star all around
