I stumbled upon Ivan's when I went to a business next door that was recommended to me but the shop owner wasn't answering my calls nor was he in the store when I went in person. Ivan was immediately friendly and welcoming, sharing that customer service is number one, and he truly embodied that. Not only that, but his quotes for the maintenance work I needed were the lowest I'd received after calling 2 or 3 other places. He stated he could do the work the following day, but I wasn't available, so we scheduled for 2 days later. He was prompt and communicative, and I trusted his assessments when I asked him to look into some specific parts and let me know what if anything needed to be done in terms of repairs/replacements. He called me while working on the car to let me know that my spark plugs needed to be replaced, something I'd asked him to check on but wasn't part of my initial quote as I wasn't sure if anything needed to be done. He gave me a quote during the conversation and I said yes to replacing them. He was finished with the work in 4 hours. I never felt mislead or taken advantage of. He was very friendly and personable. I didn't realize that my car wasn't running/driving smoothly until after he completed the work; I noticed a positive difference immediately. I will definitely go to Ivan's in the future for anything I need done. I highly recommend him.

The mechanics at Ivan's are amazing. They did a motor replacement in my 2014 Dodge Ram without a hitch. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. They are priced reasonably as well. Ivan himself will help you understand what your vehicle needs and explain it clearly. Even with recommendations, they aren't pushy with sales tactics like some other shops. Couldn't ask for more in a mechanic.
