I had excellent service and would recommend East End Enterprises to anyone. I was on a road trip when my car suddenly started juddering, and I’m very grateful that if it had to happen somewhere it was near Hancock! Kevin was very kind and thorough, and service was efficient even on a Saturday afternoon. He was ultimately able to identify the problem, provide a temporary fix, and explained what I would need to have fixed long-term. Their pricing was very reasonable too! Highly recommend this shop.

Things happen for a reason. I was driving from Pittsburgh to northern Virginia and found out that my truck has a flat tire! On Sunday afternoon, everywhere is closed and nobody is willing to come to rescue!! Nobody,But , Michael Neilson, with East End Enterprise. He answered my phone! Drove 15 minutes, came, opened his garage and helped to fixed the flat tire! I can tell that he and his wife are both angels living on earth!! Not just because they helped me, they have sweet smile, and big heart! What an experience! What a people!

My boyfriend and I had a flat tire very late at night on our way out of state. We were losing hope that we’d get to our destination, but Kevin helped us get a new tire, patched our busted tire, and was extremely friendly and kind. He is not only a great mechanic, but brought such positive energy to what had been a very rough evening. As soon as our tow truck got us to East End Tires, Kevin started working on the car and we were back on the road quickly. Thank you Kevin for saving the day and for being such a great person!
