This place is tucked wayyy back in a business park, but man — it is absolutely worth finding! They seriously have just about every type of battery you could ever need. The sales staff was amazing. Fast, friendly, and they got me exactly what I needed. They walked me through a ton of options — from budget-friendly to top-of-the-line — without any pressure either way. Just honest, helpful service. They even offered to let me borrow tools to swap my battery out right there in their parking lot. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Great people, great prices (way better than some local shops closer to home), and overall just a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

This business is predatoraly taking advantage of DoorDash drivers. They are making orders to be sent one hundred mile round trips or longer for extremely low pay. When you call them to renegotiate, they're extremely rude. I have contacted DoorDash about the issue, and they are doing an investigation on the matter because they also don't feel that it's right that this company would set deliveries for the distances, knowing what the pay would actually be. As if there aren't enough businesses in Hagerstown, taking advantage of people.
