Just got out today lol all the staff were super nice!!! Got to draw, watch movies, and alot of other stuff! Made some good friends too. Only gripe is the food was kinda butt. Ms gabby, mr rife, mx lee, ms meredith, mr kerry, and ms gerry (?) were my favorite but All the staff were nice!!

Currently, I am only rating on intake, the ease of getting my child a bed, and the kindness of two staff members that I’ve spoken with, thus far. The first person being a gentleman named “Chris.” After midnight, my child needed to be transferred from St. Elizabeth in Williamstown, to Ridge. The hospital treated us horribly. Me being the mother and having questions only made them more angry with me. The more questions I asked, the more unprofessional and brutal they became. Especially, when I would not allow them to take my child to their intertwined Sun Behavior Health (more money for them.) INSTEAD, we were blessed when Chris quickly returned the call. His slight southern accent, mixed with his calm and reassuring demeanor was exactly what this mama needed. Thank you, CHRIS!!! The 2nd staff member I spoke with was a woman named, Tonya. WHAT A JOY!!!! She wasn’t able to help just yet, because my child is still in processing, but the way she spoke, made me laugh and handled the situation, could not have been better. She gave me clear instructions, and left me once again, feeling like if the staff inside are anything like these two, which lord I pray, we might just have a winning team here. I WILL FOLLOW UP WITH A NEW REVIEW WHEN I CAN DO SO REGARDING HIS CARE.

My 10 year old son was here for 5 days and we only had 2 calls about 4 minutes long. So, only 8 minutes of us connecting to each other. I understand that multiple families are trying to talk to their children, but 4 minute calls are not enough for a really detailed discussion. He came here because of his anger issues. But, he still had issues by the time he was discharged. Even though, he finally got his issues taken care of, it still isn’t right.
