Amazing people. Down to earth. No pretense. Honest!!! Accommodated me. I have known the owner and his family since I was a toddler. I moved away. Lost touch somewhat I have had my vehicle(s) worked on by at least three to four other mechanics over the years both in Maryland and Pennsylvania. A few of them I felt were quite trust worthy and transparent. However when I was recently faced with a situation I was unsure of and didn't feel comfortable with I called Norwood a trusted name for me and despite the distance I drove from Hanover Pennsylvania it was well worth it to me for the peace of mind I received.

I think my bills are a little pricey at times but they do good work. Owner worked with me on paying the bill when I needed major work and couldn't afford it. I didn't care to much for other places I have been to in the past. Shop is very clean but no waiting area .
