1/5 stars - Horrible experience with Big Sons Towing. They were supposed to pick up my car through BMW roadside assistance within an hour. When the hour passed and they hadn't arrived, I called for an update and was told I'd have to wait another 45 minutes. When I asked why the delay, James (the person who answered) said "are you gonna argue with me or do you want your car towed?" I politely ended the call after that. When BMW roadside assistance called to check on the status, James was argumentative and yelling at them too - according to the BMW rep. They ended up canceling the tow. As a towing company rep, you'd think they'd have some compassion for people stuck without a ride. Luckily, police escorted me home, otherwise I'd have been stuck waiting in the cold for over two hours. BMW is making a complaint and may remove them as a preferred provider. Would not recommend.

Outstanding Service! I had an excellent experience with Big Sons Towing Tonight. The owner (Devin) personally came to pick me up with my vehicle and ensured that I was safe at my destination 40 miles away. He was professional, prompt, and genuinely kind throughout the entire tow process. He carefully took his time to get the vehicle on and off flatbed. In Today’s world, It’s rare to find company’s dedicated to helping others and can be reliable especially during stressful situations. If you are in need of towing assistance, I highly recommend Big Sons Towing.

I am so grateful to God for Big Sons Towing And Repair for coming to our aid. We broke down at a gas station near Waldorf, MD. We called every mobile roadside assistance company we could find in the area. No one came to help. We suspected that our alternator had failed. After sitting for hours with no help, my Son found another roadside assistance company. The gentleman who answered the phone told us he was in DC assisting another client, and he would come shortly. I really didn't think he was going to come because it was late. Praise be to God he did show up around 10:30 PM. They confirmed the problem was the alternator. The miracle was he had the exact alternator that we needed for our vehicle. I know those guys were tired. They worked tirelessly on our vehicle in the heat of the night at their garage. While the work was being completed they even allowed us to sit in their air conditioned tow truck. The cost for towing the vehicle was waived and they gave us a great deal for the labor costs. I am now going to Big Son's Towing And Repair to get the rest of my car work done. May the good Lord bless and keep you. Best Regards - Gigi and Armand
