I was driving my company vehicle and got a flat tire. My company uses enterprise for any vehicle maintenance and they tried contacting towing companies in the 2 big cities I was near and no one would respond. Kinion Towing was over an hour away from me and came to my rescue! I am so grateful that a small mom and pop place cared more about the customer than the $$ they would be receiving unlike the big corporations.

I want to say these guys are A+++!!! I was making a trip to Illinois from Minnesota and broke down east of mount Vernon about 730pm. I googled towing companies and after calling 5 different ones and getting a no I can't help you and 4 no answers or call backs I called Kinion. They towed my car, waited with me until my brother who was over an hour away could get there to pick me up, and fixed my car! Rates were very reasonable and the customer service is A+!!! I will be recommending these guys for sure!! Thanks for making a bad experience not so bad!!

I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Charlie at Kinion’s who absolutely saved my life and restored my faith in humanity. What happened was this, I hit a deer and my car was completely totaled. It was 3AM, pitch black, I had no idea where I was, and no cell phone reception. I was sitting in my car sobbing and scared. A minute later there are flashing lights behind me and I’m so confused l, I hadn’t called anyone? Up comes Charlie, reassuring, telling me it’s ok, pulls the door open, gets me out, puts me in the cab and goes about getting my car secure on the back. I’m still inconsolable and he’s doing his best to tell me it’s going to ok. He was so sweet and caring, gave me a ride all the way home, got me calmed down and laughing, dropped me off, and took my car to the shop. What a Good Samaritan. He didn’t have a second thought about stopping and going way out of his way to help someone in the middle of the night. I had never heard of Kinion’s before this happened but since they employ folks like Charlie, I trust them and I will give them my business for the rest of my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
