Tried to scam me by saying that my Civic was a low car and he had to use a wood plank to load the car to the truck. And guess what he attempted to charge me for that? $85 on top of the $245 towing fee Charged a 5% “Service fee” for a service which did not provide me with a receipt of any sorts.

100% recommended they worked with me on the price because i couldnt afford to pay too much and was stranded in the heat and the driver was great he was funny and great at keeping a conversation and making sure its not a quiet or boring ride and delivered my vehicle in perfect condition:D

I’ve used Mega Towing a few times now to have both my 1965 Ford Mustang and Jeep Grand Cherokee towed. And each time I have had great customer service with everyone that I have spoken with to set up the tows over the phone. And each tow truck driver that I’ve dealt with has been very professional and very careful with the handling of our cars as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a tow.
