This is my second time going to West Laurel Garage and both times I had a positive experience enough to write a review. Tommy was professional, friendly, honest and respectful. His prices were affordable and he was honest about what repairs needed to be done and what didn’t. I came to replace the sway bar links and he told me they were fine. There was no salesman like interactions and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. The whole experience was totally stress free and I really appreciated that! I highly recommend this business and I will continue to patronize this establishment under Tommy’s management.

Extremely professional staff starting with Tommy who returned phone calls in a timely manner (unlike another shady shop) to payment and repair. Repair was done amazingly fast and customer service was A+. Always kept me in the loop and is very honest, upfront and isn't shady like other mechanics in the area.
