Our motorhome was stuck in 5"-7" of grass/mud, so I contacted AAA and they sent out a massive tow truck from Wright Auto & Tire in Bowling Green, Ohio, to extricate us from our predicament. Joe was very professional, obviously knew what he was doing, and had our motorhome back on the road in about 20 minutes.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Wright Tire & Auto, LLC We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Wright Tire & Auto, and I can’t say enough good things about their team — especially their driver, Brandon. We had a driver stranded on the side of the highway for many hours after the first tow company we called failed to show up and couldn’t provide any updates. After waiting far too long, we reached out to Wright Tire & Auto, and the difference in service was immediate. As soon as I called, the phone rang one time before someone answered. The person in the office was extremely professional and efficient. Once I gave them the go‑ahead, driver Brandon called us right away, confirmed he was on the way, and even reached out directly to our driver to reassure him that help was coming. He kept us updated the entire time — something we truly appreciated. He told us he’d be there in 30 minutes, and he absolutely delivered. Despite extreme weather and dangerous road — conditions that caused other towing companies to turn us down — Brandon still made it out. He called again when he was pulling up to the scene and had both our driver and the semi safely heading back to our shop shortly after. Meanwhile, the original tow company still had not even arrived. On top of the outstanding service, Wright Tire & Auto offered an excellent price, especially considering the weather, timing, and the fact that they provide nationwide towing. You simply will not beat the service or the value. This company is truly amazing — fast, respectful, reliable, and incredibly professional. Brandon was top‑notch, and the entire team exceeded expectations. We are extremely thankful for their help, and they will absolutely be our go‑to towing provider moving forward.

We requested my son’s car be towed to our home after an accident - the driver said they couldn’t and had to tow it to the lot. I have no issues with the initial fee to tow the car after an Emergency call / accident. What I do have issues with is that the car was towed to their lot the just before midnight on Saturday. They then towed it to our home around 10:30 AM on Monday. They charged us for 3 days of lot fees AND additional charges to tow to our home! They had the car for approximately 36 hours and charged us for 3 days - and then for additional towing fees to take it to the place we requested it to be towed to begin with. Completely unethical grab for money.
