I came in after my brakes started smoking while driving on 62 and I had to exit to let them cool off. This Firestone was really close by, open on a Sunday, and had good reviews. Ally was knowledgeable and helpful without being condescending, and walked me through all my options in a way that was both professional and understanding. It was a much better experience than I had anticipated (than I’ve had elsewhere in these situations)!

Fast, helpful. Not pushy. They were straight forward with what I needed. Blake, Shi and Ally were so welcoming as soon as you walk in. Always going to take my vehicles here to get my work done. Such a pleasant and festive environment. LOVE the decor for Halloween!

I needed new tires, Oil Change and a few other maintenance things done on my car and Ally was AMAZING!!! She put me in tires that I absolutely LOVE and the cost of everything was below my budget. Everytime I need something done on my car I will always go through Ally because she cares about the customer and not about money or commission.
