My battery needed to be replaced. It was still under warranty. Walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Duke. (Guy with long locs) He asked what I needed, I explained what's been going on. He looked up my info and proceeded to swap out and install my battery! No stress. No issues. Great for a Monday morning! I will definitely keep coming back. Thanks Duke!

If you want excellent service, avoid at all costs purchasing anything at this store. I have a coolant leak with my engine at risk of frying, and they denied the use of water with the answer: Hello Nahhhhh. The previous store Autozone 6773 at Lanham was able to fill 6 litters of water, which allowed me to get to this store to make the purchase of the K-Seal Colant Leak repair once again. I would never buy at this store and will recommend everyone to avoid this Auto Zone at all cost if your vehicule life depends on it. Attached is a picture of the previous purchased and the two blue sealants were purchased here. Thank God the other store filled those six for me, and I was left with 3 to survive the next 30 min trip to the next auto shop. I won't choose Auto Zone for my purchase next time. Think about it, your engine is your lifeline. Hopefully, the manager at this location will do a better job at hiring adequately people to care about customers' concerns like the previous store.
