My 80 year old father and I came in yesterday for some fuses for his tractor, the lady I believe to be the manager by the way she was barking at the other employees. She followed us from the door, another employee kindly told us what isle we needed. So we went there, she continued to follow us and ask what we were looking for, hearing the first guy tell us this information already. We need a specific fuse so my dad was looking for it meanwhile she stands there so rude and Intimidating. My dad said to her I’m not gonna steal anything if that’s what you’re thinking but no she continues to stand there and make him feel uncomfortable. I honestly felt the need to apologize to our cashier because that must be a miserable place to work. My dad talked about how bad it upset him the whole way home. Please do better auto zone, that store is new and closer to us. We will drive as far as we must to not deal with that again. Unacceptable? here is my receipt for proof!

Jasmine the life saver. Goes above and beyond for her customers. Just for me she called in another employee and had him come in early just so she could drive me to another location to pick up what I needed and take me back to my truck to get it fixed. She is really incredible. So if you need anything or the best customer service go see her
