I came in a few months ago because the cabinet of my truck was overheating and so is my engine. I knew I had put in the wrong coolant because Chevy trucks require a particular kind so I had them drained and put in the correct stuff. They said my thermostat was no good so we had it replaced. The guy working on my truck mentioned something about the coolant lines need to be replaced by the end of the winter but I wasn't sure what he he meant. A few months later my truck has the exact same issues I originally brought it in for. I tell him I'd like to run diagnostics and see if there's any other issues and mention that I'm dissatisfied because it seems he knew that they were going to be issues with my coolant lines the first time I came in. I get no word from them all day I have to contact them to see what's going on apparently they went ahead and did the work without consulting with me I have no idea what kind of diagnostics popped up and I'm paying $520 to get the problem fixed that should have been fixed the first time. I don't have a problem paying them for labor if you work you deserve to get paid but I wish this had been resolved the first time instead of getting charged twice for the same problem. I also wish they had communicated with me what the problem was before they started working on the vehicle and I still have no idea if anything else showed up in the diagnostics.
